Insurance & Financial Information

We accept all Insurances

At Amazing Smiles, we work with many different insurance companies on behalf of our patients. We pride ourselves on handling all insurance claims for each patient to make the experience efficient and hassle free

Insurance plans can be in-network or out-of-network depending on the dentist you choose. A dental provider that is in-network has agreed to “write off” the difference between the office’s service fees and the contracted fees with your insurance carrier. The amount written off differs based on the specifics of your plan.

Here is a list of insurance companies we are in-network with:

  • Delta Dental
  • BlueCross & Blue Shield
  • GEHA
  • Cigna
  • CBA Blue

We also accept out-of-network insurance companies. In most cases, seeing an out-of-network dentist is allowed. However, you will be responsible to pay the difference between the contracted fees of your insurance plan and our service fees. For preventative visits (cleanings) this amount is minimal. It is usually in the ballpark of $20-$50

Please bring your insurance card to your appointment. If you do not have a physical card, bring a printed or digital photo of the front and back of the card. There is information on both sides of the card that we need in order to properly enter your insurance and avoid future issues with claim payments.

For those patients that are insured through a spouse or family member, we will need the policy holder's name, date of birth and employer as well. Please be prepared with all of this information the day of your appointment.

All patients are expected to pay their portion not covered by insurance at the date of service. In special circumstances, payment plans are possible.

Please call us at (802) 863-1315 if you have any questions before your appointment.
